Dental health and whiteness is partially determined by your genes. Fluoride is bad for you, but hydroxyapatite does the same thing without being toxic. Some big toothpaste company bought the rights to hydroxyapatite and ended its use, but you can find it on Amazon from Japan. APA guard is the brand I use. There’s even an APA kids that is safe for them to swallow.
Dentists now say that we should wait at least 15 minutes before brushing after eating acidic foods like strawberries. They say the acid softens up tooth enamel and brushing when your tooth enamel is soft can damage it permanently.
You do a lot of saying "you need to do this" without any substantiation or sources.
I'd put $10 that you don't know why you believe what you do.
I'm only calling you out because other people are clear that they are speaking from their own experience, but you purposefully speak like you think you are an expert.

I think it's because of a bullshit FDA rule if I'm remembering correctly. Toothpaste is allowed to have fluoride as an active ingredient without FDA approval, so it's cheap to put a new fluoride toothpaste on the market. Other active ingredients need FDA approval though so no company bothers Edit: I was remembering incorrectly
