Was there a single fire at the Capital at all? I was there.. right before the 'picture' was taken.. It was daytime.. late afternoon.. still sunny out but a tiny bit overcast.. The media made it look like there was an orange hue and the building was on fire.. They're trying to plant the idea there was a fire - and I'm not even sure anyone even lit a cigarette..

There was meant to be a fire, remember the two pipe devices that were left in buildings by an unidentified person. They were defused.
