pretty sure they have a disclaimer on their site which protects them. it's acknowledged as satire and some have speculated that white hats put these stories out as "satire" that in fact have some truth to them. even if this is a Soros run rag I'd suggest it still has some truth (knowingly or unknowingly)

either way, I agree it's not a source to be taken literally
