The command centre was taken out by Kalibr missiles. The missiles also destroyed 10 M777 howitzers and up to 20 armoured vehicles that were recently delivered from the West and had been stored in a factory building on the southern side of Nikolayev. The missiles were launched from a ship in the Black Sea.

Not to be Debbie downer but I've yet to see any proof this actually happened. Its all coming from the same 1-2 Russian sources and then others just assume its true. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. If it is true they won't be abler the hide it for very long.
