This imho is another divisive psyop.

Did this story come out immediately after the GOP vote?

If so, then you are probably right. A psyop to divert the real news: Biden is not lawfully in office and must be removed (but not before January 21, 2023, because then Trump can come back and still be eligible for 2024 election).

I think it did. Yesterday they were talking about Texas GOP saying Biden is illegitimate and today we have news they are seceding
