No. If you go by the Constitution, Trump could serve two years of "Biden's" terms, then serve one more 4 year term WHEN he wins in 2024.
I'm starting to wonder if those rumors of him trying to become Speaker of the House have some element of truth. Say Pedo Joe and the Ho are exposed and the truth about 2020 comes out ... The Rs would most certainly dominate the midterms. They could elect Trump as Speaker, have Joe and the Ho resign, and promote Trump to his rightful position as POTUS.
If truth bombs start being dropped this fall, I'm pretty sure that's Trump's strategy is to return in late Jan 2023.
There would have to be an absurd amount of bombshells dropped to get them to resign on their own accord. To get a removal from office, you'd need 66 senators to vote on removal and impeachment which is damn near impossible considering that Republicans can only win a majority of 64 senate seats, if they win literally every election in November.
That means that Chuck Schumer, Patrick Leahy, and Richard Blumenthal lose their incumbent elections in deep blue areas, which isn't going to happen. Republicans have a good shot to win AZ, GA, and NV, but other than that, the Dems will likely hold on to their seats. Unless there's some sort of recording of Biden and Harris both admitting knowledge to the fraud and admitting that they condoned it, you're not gonna get enough votes for removal
