22nd Amendment
Section 1
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no
person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than
two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be
elected to the office of the President more than once.

Which means if President Trump steps back into the White House after Jan 20th, 2023, it would be less than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President. If President Trump came back before Jan 20th, he would be ineligible to run in 2024.
This explains why election fraud couldn't be exposed to soon.
We had a 2 year waiting period which they used to "show the people".
A period of showing the democraps true colors has been on full display.
Trump keeps asking the people at his rallies, "Should I run in 2024?"
This is his way of saying we need to hold on till after Jan 20th.
We see things heating up on the election fraud scene.
Texas resolution stating Biden did not win and is illegitimate
Greg Phillips!
More states will follow suit if Gregs findings are irrefutable.
Soon, Biden doesn't have the electoral votes needed.
Military steps in and forces a nationwide audit.
Military intelligence compares nationwide audit results with forensic data they collected from election night 2020 and concludes they have a way to verify accurate election results for every election in the future. Should be enough of a deterrent to stop cheating in the future.
Get rid of the drop boxes.
Get rid of Dominion machines.
Stop sending our vote counts overseas.
Eliminate hammer and score card.
Hand count every ballot.
Election integrity is born.
Stay safe my frens!!!

IMHO greasing into the presidency via a slippery, shady loophole technicality the public has never heard of because it's the only way to go around the election process and get him installed is not the definition of legit. He would be forever viewed even by lots of members of his own party as illegitimately selected instead of elected.
Winning a landslide election such as he did in 2020 is the definition of legit.
Either fixing 2020 and finding him the legit actual winner, or by having a new election where he legit wins, again, by landslide.
Anyway, it's a moot point, as Trump has disavowed it [being "Speaker"] over and over and over. He doesn't want any part of that shenanigans charade, and patriots should not blame him one bit.
That Constitutional provision was made to have a presidential line of succession if both the pres and VP were unable to serve, where the already-serving Speaker would assume the role.
"But it doesn't SPECIFICALLY SAY those exact words" = loophole technicality.
We want, deserve, and will have instead a blatant, obvious, conclusive, mandate-conferring landslide election victory.
Landslide election = best option. Legal succession as per constitution is less best option. While both are legitimate (legal), the optics around #2 for some would suck. I suppose a case can be made that the optics surrounding any election can suck (i.e/2016 & 2020), the difference being the perspective of the viewer. The other side will always cry foul when they lose. We need to correct the fraudulent stolen 2020 election by whatever legal means are available, bring to justice the perpetrators, then reform the election system to ensure it can never happen again. Victory and the accompanying "Great Awakening" will sort out the optics.
