Landscaping bark caught fire. Painting work growing up, if you left an mineral spirit soaked rag out on a windy warm day it would catch fire.
If you read the comments it tells you what happened the mulch caught on fire in the wind caused it to spread

Mulch usually goes out fast because of no air. Just the right conditions, I guess.

My ancestor was a member of the Moses-Cleveland expedition that originally founded Cleveland, Ohio. She stayed through the first winter in one of the few cabins built at Cleveland outpost.
