Sorry for the NBC article frens. But it’s about all the criminal networks doing these large smash/grab thefts. The article over all tells about the appalling problem of where things are, and heading with these thefts. The biggest red flag out of this is the cost of the thefts in merchandise $68.9 Billion! Today Revlon of all companies filed for Bankruptcy (article discusses it partly because of BLM, but they aren’t big enough to cause Bankruptcy. And these both came out today). Makeup I’m sure a huge swath of this considering all the Targets, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmarts that have suffered from these theft rings in blue cities.
But $68.9 Billion! That is damaging not only to the stores and companies, but to the jobs those products support. I can see more layoffs on the horizon if this type of thing gets worse. And we know it could/will as inflation rises and the economy collapses. Being prepped has been a strong standard here. But $68.9 Billion is sad and dangerous my friends. It’s certainly going to be a rough summer and fall.
God please protect us all, and give us strength to educate the public as best we can. WWG1WGA.
I think some of these bankruptcies are controlled. So many companies have been using chemicals to poison us. There are so many out there promoting healthy products as alternatives to these older ones. Women are waking up and questioning what is in their cosmetic products.
I had my hair cut at Great Clips recently and I explained to the woman that I only use natural products on my hair. She explained that their products are fine. (I expressed skepticism and said look at all of the ingredients and tell me you know what those chemicals are.) I then proceeded to explain to the two employees there (it was just us 3) about the sunscreen issues, the hair shampoo and conditioner issues, heavy metal poisoning from deodorant and coffee, etc...
I for sure planted some seeds.
Haha yep, I bet we all have.
