No one on this earth can stop the satanic agenda only in the End Christ will prevail and is the only one that can stop the Devil and makes Heaven on Earth. We can hinder the evil but we can not stop it. Q also said it's not for everyone, think just what that means, evil will not like the Ending.
That is always the way I understood it. No matter what happens or how it plays out. It has been foretold and so it shall pass.
Granted, I could be wrong and NCSWIC could just mean that the plan really cant be stopped and this isnt the Biblical end times. But with every passing day, my belief that it is grows stronger.

it has happened several times in the past. The Bible mentions Nero's reign but the Apocalypse is adaptable to all such events.
