they have banned the plastic shopping bags here for well over a year. Yea its annoying but we just use those reusable shopping bags. Still pisses me off but it is what it is. Now trying to force paper straws.....
Fuck the paper straws. I throw them on the ground and carry around plastic straws for places that dont have plastic. I have bought like 5000 straws and that should do me for years. Also I am going to buy a couple thousand paper wrapped plastic straws to keep in the car.
And I might but an old tire or two just to show my support for the green retards.
The jokes on the environmentalists anyway since I reuse the plastic bags as garbage bags for the kitchen and bathroom as do lots of people. If they ban the shopping bag I will have to BUY garbage bags for that purpose so the number of bags being thrown away is more since a reusable bag doesn't last forever either and ends up a throw away eventually.
I'm still trying to figure out how my plastic straw ends up in the ocean when Im thousands of miles from any coast.. 🤔
look up the videos of the god dam 3rd world. They throw their garbage in the ocean and let the current take care of it. I have seen garbage trucks as long as the camera can see lined up at an ocean tip. There are rivers that run to the ocean that look like it has more garbage than water. That is where the garbage in the ocean comes from. It is not us having a straw in our drink but low IQ 3rd world scum. Banning our straws is retarded, but hey most of what liberals push is retarded.
I blame rich people on cruises.
Love it!
I love shopping at Aldis because they have good quality food and typically amazing prices. They have quite the business model to keep their costs down, which keep our costs down.
You need a quarter for a shopping cart. This is so you return it yourself. No cart return staff needed. Saves money.
Clerks are also stockers. Again, no need for stockers. Saves money.
You aren't automatically given bags, you can buy them, but you can also use boxes around the store for free. Again, shoppers become the clean up crew. Saves money.
I love entrepreneurship and I see the business savings and shopper psychology behind these things and I think it's brilliant.
BUT, this is the store's business philosophy, not the Gubmint's, and I know they do it to save money themselves which also saves me money. I love it.
It's actually a great way to achieve many goals, but it is based on capitalism and not communism.
When the government tells me I can't use plastic straws or plastic bags it makes me want to bring them in and scatter them everywhere!
It's all about freedom of choice and refusal to go along with government dictates. Dictates are for dictators. F them.
