I don't know. I've never heard that before. It wouldn't surprise me, though. Lots of contests are rigged. Remember all of the big contests McDonald's used to have? Yep, totally rigged by the company that ran the contests. The winners were their relatives. The best you and I could do was win a free Big Mac. They eventually got caught at it.
