What is the punishment for letting kids die and not letting parents save their children ?

Blood for Blood.

Otherwise they will try again and again and again until the punishment is unthinkable. Then the shootings will stop.

Is this a fall guy for an event the didn’t happen? Did someone just go in and do some shooting in a room to pretend it was a classroom full of kids and they made up the names? Is everyone in on it? Did everyone at The school get their house paid off?
