Dang, I'm not that old but I remember playing on our school's old playground equipment, and being careful not to burn my legs going down an old metal slide, and to be careful not to jump off the big elevated concrete platform. We used to have a tire swing but the school took it away because we would spin ourselves too fast on it. Every kid was ticked off it was gone.
