None of it was signed into any law, AFAICT.
In Canada at least, it was all done by virtue of the American equivalent of executive orders. There are already so many lawsuits going on involving the health departments. Alberta, for example, the trial got pushed back almost 2 years so far and has been waiting for a decision now for several months.
The interesting part in all this, again in Canada at least, is that you could not 'travel' unless vaxxed but to deny you travel is a crime that can be pursued, and similar across the board, they made it so that the people enforcing the mandates are criminally and civilly liable and then they would have to pursue their employers, etc... Doesn't mean one would be able to do these things, but in many cases the denial creates the 'damages' required for the lawsuits.
