Good luck friend. It's VERY stressful and uncomfortable for me at work. I tend to hide and plan my movements during lunch when most everyone is gone.

I've been praying a lot more lately and suggest that you try that as well. Try to remember that these people may reluctantly or urgently come to you for help later on. Exploding at them now would obviously sour their willingness to approach you in their time of need.

It's going to be hard, but we were chosen to be awake before everyone else for a reason.
