Ok, so what is the deal with this video? Why is it being put out into the ether? Pres. Trump worked in television and has learned how they go to all kinds of efforts to frame the shot EXACTLY right. He was looking into the viewfinder to see how the shot was going to be filmed and it felt off. So what?

He's a really smart man. Why is there an issue here and why would they release this?

'Watch The Water' doesn't really relate to this, I don't imagine. I think it is much more. But who knows?
