Yawn... He will not spend one day, nay even a minute, locked in a jail cell for this horrible act against the laws of California. He is a millionaire and as such he has rights. Those rights keep him from being confined with scum of the Earth people. Now, three weeks after the incident we here that he has been charged. Well, I bet his case will either be dropped or extended for a year thus no one will remember this incident. Typical for Liberals from California. Get caught, get a get out of jail Free card.
