Kansas just had 3,000 cows die of “heat” on one lot. This is not normal but I’m just crazy for thinking that right? Well my husband who is a wonderful man but isn’t as invested as I am in finding the truth came home today and told me someone he works with, his family has a ranch in Texas. They got a letter the other day telling them to lay down their steer and get $1500 a head. They can not send to slaughter and will not be able to send any animals anywhere commercial. They can only sell private which is far more difficult for a big ranch like this one. Apparently the owner is drafting a nice “F you” letter to the FDA. My husband is getting closer and closer to seeing everything is true. I had really hoped it wasn’t true ranchers and farmers were being paid to destroy food but I knew deep down it was. Heaven help people to see the truth soon. I honestly believe the lot that lost 3000 to “heat” probably killed them and is probably being paid to lie. Could be wrong I guess.

There’s more to this story than we’re hearing about. The FDA can’t just say “lay down your steer, here’s money.” They always state a reason for what they want, even if it’s a bogus reason.
Even if you can’t see or get a copy of your husband’s coworker’s family’s letter, at least ask why the FDA sent it. Otherwise, it’s unproven fifth-hand information:
Family ➡️ Coworker ➡️ Husband ➡️ You ➡️ Me/Us
See: Netherlands.
"Reason": "nitrogen" 🙄
Absolutely, what my point is I’m not a rancher or farmer and I don’t hunt. I literally rely on these people for my food. Last week a friend shared a post from a rancher saying exactly the same thing “$1500 a head” from the FDA . My FB friends were all like “that’s BS it’s the USDA not FDA” etc. well then my husband comes home yesterday, who thinks I’m a bit paranoid, jokes with my kids about wearing a tin foil hat (all in good fun), has not really been motivated to help me prep (he does work very hard and I am a sahm). His superintendent was chatting with him and tells him this story that has pissed his dad off, the rancher. So my point is, the people wanting us to starve want to make us look like liars and crazy, no one has to believe me. No one has to believe the rancher who posted on FB. 3,000 cows died on one lot here in Kansas they say was because of heat…that’s 3,000 cows no one can eat. This rancher is planning a big F you to the fda but he is saying those cows will NOT wind up in a store. If this is true then store beef might become difficult to find like chicken. Or they are replacing it with impossible beef. I don’t trust the government, media, or medical community anymore. What can I trust in the grocery stores?
I don’t think we disagree. Like a lot of people here, I was just asking for something verifiable beyond a series of conversations. Why? The whole country—in fact, the whole world—has been gaslit for over two years. We still are, and I got real tired of being afraid for bullshit reasons. But some fear is useful. What to do?
I taught myself to deal with fear by applying carefully researched facts. If the facts don’t add up, i know my fear is likely irrational, so I keep an eye out and stay aware. If the facts do add up, my fear is likely well-grounded—and I take action.
I share your concerns about grocery stores. I believe it’s absolutely essential, if at all possible, to develop relationships with real farmers and get your food from them. That’s what my husband and I did—took action based on reason, not just because we felt like it.
As I said, the FDA doesn’t just say, “Kill your cattle. Here’s $$.” They always give a “reason.” I want to know more. If no information is available, no problem.
The 3000 cows is another matter. Not necessarily caused by FDA, maybe something else—but definitely a cause for concern. If you find out how it happened, please share it here. The MSM loves reporting disasters, but they never do follow-ups.
I used to trust, but verify. Now I verify before I trust!
I definitely understand, and would love to get a copy. Unfortunately this is just a “rumor” or hearsay and I don’t personally know the rancher. My point was this is opening my husbands eyes and I’ve heard this now from 2 different places. The 3000 cows on one lot from a heat burst didn’t make sense to me. I’m originally from Az and my moms best friend had a dairy farm when I was growing up, we were in the farm a lot playing with their kids. I worked on a cattle farm in High school cleaning the offices. I lived in a farming community until I was 18. Never did I see anything like that video where 3000 cows laid down in piles because of heat and we had some crazy heat in my town. So I’m theorizing that this particular lot was offered money. Just a theory and that was all. It really sucks we don’t have concrete evidence for everything but I am going to tell my husband to tell the super to reach out to project veritas at least.
Thanks for sharing about this from your perspective, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to exchange opinions with you. I think it’s essential to keep each other informed. Facts trump fear.
I think it’s great to share anything we believe is fact, or put out a call for help if we can’t verify what we hear about.
And yes, the 3000 cows incident looks really — ??? Even a non-farm girl like me knows something’s waaay off.
