I'm not entirely sure on that but I can research it. Let me just say that cannabis has many amazing benefits but its not for everyone, especially children. 21 should be the legal age for the sake of brain development even though the actual impact may be minimal.

Correct. One's brain needs to mature 1st. I started in 8th grade.

Plus, it can alter sex hormone development in teenagers, esp males.
