I'm happy about this for all the usual reasons, but is anyone else also stoked that it's a step towards letting the states be state again?

Yes! I think that is one of the most important parts of this. Loosening the vice-like grip of the federal government upon the states.

Next do the Dept of Ed. Then the EPA.
