Yes, and they really shouldn't be very common at all. They're not a contraceptive. And contraceptives have been free for a while.

And the morning after pills are OTC. People whine they don't always work...well, it goes by weight, so most women would need more than one, but apparently don't read directions.

If they're so worried about having an unwanted pregnancy, don't have sex! Get fixed!

I'll have to look for the video later when I can watch it. 👍

Lol, contraceptives are not free. There may be some places that hand condoms out, or provide medical interventions on a sliding scale, but otherwise contraceptives are not free, and not always easily accessible.
