Mostly illegal.

Still massive exploitable exceptions in place.

All a woman that wants to murder her child needs to say is that she was raped or it was incest. Or have an abortion Dr willing to lie and say the pregnancy is life threatening with no need of a 2nd opinion.

Still more work to do. Don't stop pushing.
