Dobbs case, to be clear, was 5-4 to overturn Roe and Casey, with Roberts not joining the majority. Roberts only agreed that the Mississippi statute was not barred by the Constitution. Both Roberts' concurrence and the 3 libs' dissent were incoherent and all about politics rather than jurisprudence.

Look for calls for an end to the filibuster and Court stacking. I won't be surprised if the Left does something to cause an opening on the current Court.
