There are a few things which could kickstart RED4.

Overturning RvW - already riots are happening.

Any swing state banning abortion.

Election debacle.

Another race-flaring FF.

And, I'm sure, any old reason will work for the FBI-CIA-PANTIFA-BLM crowd to burn, loot, rape, murder, and threaten to kill Trump because it's "all his fault we are in this mess."
