I don't consider our guns safe till I can buy one without filling out a government required piece of paper.
The 2nd amendment gave me permission, I shouldn't need governments permission after I pay for it to hope they let me have it.
If you wanna get technical, the 2nd didn't give you permission, it is your natural right to own guns.
The thing that keeps me going is the belief that every law signed by the resident becomes/is null and void. After yesterday's events, my belief in this is even more energized.

Don’t sweat, the bill contains things that were ruled unconstitutional not that long ago (see: age limit in cali 9th circuit). This might be a play by dems believe it or not knowing that this will not stand to rally their base even harder

It's very concerning that in those infographics, there's never a step that says how and when the person gets their guns back.
Illegal. It will be appealed by the NRA and others, all the way to the Supreme Court.
Once Trump gets back into office, he’ll reverse a lot of the things that Biden did. So many of the EO‘s that Biden put into place, could easily be reversed. Biden did it that way, because he knew we could never get the support in Congress and the Senate.
Even though we’re going through problems right now, just consider Biden a lame duck. Nothing he’s done will stand when Trump‘s in office again.

According to the newly-passed Supreme Court ruling, wouldn't this be unconstitutional? I guess defiance buys them some time.
