What if the content of R_v_W isn't as significant as we think and it's moreso about states rights getting a SCOTUS precedent? I know some things are happening in AZ and TX where the GOP is rejecting the 2020 results so maybe this entire ruling was just to give more legal ammo to the states when they start challenging the results of 2020. That would explain why RvW gets the ball rolling finally and is the 113 marker. "Once 11.3 verifies as 1st marker" and why it "had to be this way". States rights needed to be brought to the fore before the election can be corrected.

NO !!! - R_v_W being overturned is important on its own merits because it was bad law that created a right not spelled out in the Constitution and eroded states rights by doing so.
The election issues need to be addressed by demonstrating that the methods used to steal the election violated state election law. The precedence has already been set by previous SCOTUS decision so the cases would be slam-dunks if they are presented correctly. For example, if drop boxes are not in the local election laws then any ballots collected that way are illegal. Period. If mail-in ballots are not in state election law than any mail-in ballots are illegal and should not be counted. Period. If signature verification is required by state election law but was not used or ballots that had no signature were counted, those votes should not be counted. Period. If mail-in ballots need to be post marked by election day than any ballots received with a post mark past that date should not be counted. Period. Each issue needs to be addressed individually in court and boiled down to its simplest form - did the election procedure violate state election law. The problem is corrupt local judges and a lack of will by many to keep arguing the case to get it through the various layers that could then put it before the SCOTUS where it would have a national imnplication.
Isn't it interesting how, for 50 years, many believed that the feds had the right to put their blessing on abortion. Not only was that a wrong decision by the SCOTUS BUT the people should have all but rioted at that time--it is and always was murder of an unborn child. Since they did not, this color-of-law decision stood. Now that the decision is rightfully going back to the states, they get to decide whether stupid, evil women have the "right" to murder an innocent and voiceless life. I hope there are enough strong, Godly people who will stand up in the filthy blue states against continuing this satanic practice.
Blue states have entrenched voter fraud like masshole so it won't matter if the people wanted it changed....you wouldn't know.
Yes, I am a masshole but I believe the fraud is everywhere, just worse in this hellhole.
Maybe that is why the scotus pushed off the election lawsuits till they could get this done...
No - they didn't take any of the cases because they wanted to live.
holy shit man
See this right here is what this thing really was about. Not the mean conservative christians trying to shit on the rights of crazy bitches.
