I know this is bad.

But I think it gives whites a really opportunity to start winning law suits.

Once the law suits start to fly. Every organization's legal team will notice this.

How do you prove you are black?

Are albinos white or black?

Remember that olympic athlete in some winter sport who was the first black in the sport, but looks completely white? Any whites from the board that can apply? Remember Steve Martin in The Jerk, who grew up in a poor black family? Anyone can claim anything.
