It's a shame you weren't able to tell us how you do that.
I guess we'll all die wondering.
No need to die wondering, plenty of simple recipes online.

I don't add coconut oil, too messy. I use calcium carbonate, little baking soda, neem powder, xylitol. charcoal, diatomaceous earth, peppermint oil or cinnamon (use sparingly, strong stuff) and cellulose gum. Colloidal silver (30ppm) to mix. When I have time to spare I don't rinse but take a little coconut oil and do some swishing around - great way to keep gums healthy.
OK?
You make, I buy??
I'm currently growing coconuts, peppermint, and some cacti (supposedly great for toothpaste? well see) with plenty of charcoal on hand.
But since you are looking for something natural, and I haven't made any yet. The fam and I love burts bee's floride free charcool zen mint. Here's a quick copy pasta of the ingredients.

Nice. Thank you fren.
The postage to the US would be prohibitive, cheaper to make your own.
