Answer: not at all.

The question at law was whether the STATE had to recognize that they did not have authority to prohibit an abortion based on any of the amendments.

Read the fucking ruling.

That she lied does not negate the question at law.

What the then justices did, was construe a totally different animal: the woman as a ward of the state. A monstrosity in all respects!
