I use Video Downloadhelper. It's an add-on for browsers, can be used with firefox and chrome (not sure of others). It's free, but if you pay a USD 16 premium fee, you can download vids but also convert them on the fly to mp3 in one action.
I use this now to access all my rumble videos that I want to listen to as podcasts on my phone as audio. Well worth the tiny (perpetual - lifetime) license.

Start the video then click the cogwheel and select Quality: 240p
