She has more problems than just emotional. When she opens her mouth real wide you can see she has numerous molars that are blackened and appear rotten. This may mean she has an infection that has gotten into her bloodstream. The woman needs to see a dentist ASAP and probably go on an antibiotic.

She's probably a vegan based on the PETA KILLS ANIMALS thing she has after her name (PETA surprisingly controversial in vegan movement).

I'm a former vegan and the deprivation of important and vital animal proteins F**ks you up real bad. It makes you paranoid, anxious, depressed, stupid, etc. Poor woman.
