..they repealed the 16th Amendment (Congress can collect income taxes, 1913).

Is that even possible?

I ain't no expert on this, so grain o' salt, but...

I do believe there's a different process for repealing an amendment to The Constitution.

A big get and super boom if we get it is a rational, Consitutional Constructionist ruling against the EPA that's due soon.
