Plus on the off chance it goes south, less loss.

Do you not realize that if the merger fails for whatever reason, DWACW's value drops to zero? While DWAC itself will revert to a SPAC with no company, so it will be valued likely around $10?

"likely around $10?" so it might be, but either way what's the point in holding SPACs w/no company, can it resume at a later date or merge with another company?
