Good point! I suppose it is pretty near impossible to undo the damage that's been done to our government without just dissolving the whole thing. EO's were never meant to be the method of governing so the whole balance is off. I know Trump likes to do everything "legal" so it will be interesting to see how this mess can be resolved.
