He is completely right. This issue can also be summarized in the South Park episode titled "Conjoined Fetus Lady." Basically what happens in that episode is that there is a school nurse that just happens to have a dead fetus attached to the left side of her head. Due to this condition, the people of South Park try their best to ensure that she not only gets noticed but celebrated. It turns out that she just wants to be left alone to live her own life.

That is true, but "Conjoined Fetus Lady" is more relevant to the episode because the town made a big deal out of her appearance and she just wanted to be left alone.
