You are pretty dismissive. You hide behind Inspiration, so I am curious: what of the inspirations that you haven't read?

Multiple times, the Authority of the time has deemed what was once scripture and Inspired as apocryphal. Mankind has a track record of being a terrible steward of His teachings.

My points are that those are Jesus' words and Paul introduces the concept of suffering as a proof of faith. And also that we have probably not seen the entirety of the bible.

I did not say there wasn't suffering. I said Paul made it into a virtue-signaling sport and excuse for all manner of things.

When we are supposed to love one another, dragging self righteousness, jealousy and shame screaming into the house is a poor idea. But it's what Christianity was built on - mainly because of that guy right there.
