Does anyone know of anything that helps cancer?

Asking for a friend, his uncle has lung cancer. As far as I know there isn't anything that's been proven to work but I could be wrong. Just a shot in the dark asking you guys, he's gonna die anyway. Might as well die trying something, I know there's no miracle cure.

Dr Eric Berg on YT talks about this. Intermittent Fasting or just fasting for days in general. Has an interview with a stage 4 cancer survivor cured with fasting and keto.
