This is what I try to do: No processed foods, very little carbs/sugar and only from natural sources. No snacking between meals, 2 meals a day. Have a late breakfast - several eggs (with yolk) and dark leafy greens, get eggs from a farm directly. Dinner - a quality protien and vegetables, soups.

Agree and source is important. Get a raw organic honey, preferably from the source directly.
