We were invited to a July 4th party by friends whose house is located near the fireworks a few blocks from C----I ×>_/+÷a. They called to say it's now on July 2nd. Fairfax cnty VA. Reason? Not enough staff for the 4th. Make sense to you?

If I were in US, I would be avoiding the entire DC, VA, MD suburbs for the time being. Especially the VA suburbs which are just home base for the C_A.
