I once had a period where I’d start to get shaky between meals. Blood sugar related- so I cut out carbs and sweets. Was totally gone in a few weeks.
Had a tooth ache and just waited. Totally gone in 2 weeks.
Had a rash on my armpit. Just cut out fast food and dairy. Gone in 3 weeks.
Once had Stomach ulcers- cut out sugar and dairy. Gone in 3 weeks.
Gall bladder attacks- did some liver flushes.
Asthma - changed diet and lifestyle.
Headaches- drink water and avoid media.
Seems like 99% of the things people take drugs for are totally curable in a few weeks. It’s a shame people fall for the medical sham.
Sinus infections typically only last 2-3 days longer without anti-biotics than with. Source: the internet. I had a sinus infection the last 2.5 weeks, no antibiotics this time. So, lasted about the same as my last one with antibiotics. I learned some alternative otc meds and other things. Not perfect, but better than the heavy duty stuff that gives you other infections and really strip your body.
