I might add that he was good friends with Ron Paul. They use to debate the issues and Ron Paul always considered Larry McDonald a good friend and colleague. It's ironic that Ron Paul has always been silent about McDonald's disappearance. It's perhaps plausible for the era because they were targeting him too.
