A small bit of a back story. A few months ago I started noticing small headaches would happen when I used my phone at all. A bit of research on a conspiracy forum led to people talking about 5g and what it can possibly do to you. This led to stories about communities in India burning down their 5g towers. I took mine and my wife's phone and turned them both to 4g. Headaches went away. Well I work in a downtown area and the signal is horrible. I decided to turn 5g on while I was at work and yet again the small headaches come back. Is there any reliable link to this and 5g? And has anyone else experienced this?

Faraday cage.
I use bags for small devices like phones. I keep my smartphone in one at night and during the day when not using. I have a dumb flip phone that I use when I leave my house. It is off and in a faraday bag. I want the phone in case of an emergency since there are no pay phones anymore. I do not have the compulsion to stay that connected to others every single moment and I can read a book if I am stuck somewhere. Other than this forum, I don't do social media. What the hell do I need a smartphone for?
My computer towers are bagged and hard wired. I wear EMF protective gear at home - especially at night. Winter time is easier for me to wear that type of clothing away from home. In the warmer months, it is much harder. My windows are shielded. I have a great 5G blanket that is awesome. I have other types of gadgets and devices all with the purpose of mitigating the EMF. Also, absolutely no smart appliances or LED lighting. For the most part, at home all this stuff helps the physical symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and nausea - but they don't seem to be able to help with the hissing noise. If I had the money I would have my bedroom completely shielded so I would have at least one completely safe space to retreat to - a large faraday cage like you suggest. But, like most others these days, money too tight to mention.
The hissing is something that no matter what I do I can still hear it. It is not internal and I have been tested. The intensity fluctuates and when it is bad I can also have other physical symptoms. That usually happens if I am out somewhere and don't have access to the level of protection I have at home. There are certain stores and other establishments where the signals are so bad that I cannot even enter. Even as a child I was EMF sensitive, as was my brother also. Then we just thought it was related to the large fluorescent lights in some stores. The noise from those lights was so bad it hurt our ears. My brother and I would refuse to enter certain stores and not even ice cream could bribe us.
I went to a box grocery outlet by my home recently and suddenly was forced to leave. I could hear a strange hum and then got a really sick headache along with chest pain and dizziness. The place was full of LED lights and no doubt lots of wireless. I had to sit out in my car for almost 15 minutes until the symptoms subsided enough and I could drive. It has happened in other large stores as well. Therefore, when I need to shop, I do it all in one shot and only go to establishments that don't set off symptoms.
Honestly, I am at a loss as to what to do at this point. I use white noise to distract myself when the hissing is bad. So, I am learning to live with it to some degree. My only concern at this point is how bad this is going to get before more people start putting the pieces together relating their symptoms to the EMF and not something else.
If led lights are seeing if headaches for you, that's a totally different sort of frequency effect. Try wearing caps with different liners to test what helps the symptoms, also different polarizing sunglasses, or blue light blockers. Alternatively since you hear a hum, eat protection may aid you, especially the active background noise cancellation ones. I have tinnitus and different things and places affect its level, I've had varying amounts of luck with the things I've mentioned above. Good luck.
Alternatively, just out of left field, I did great something, maybe on George Noory, suggesting that the hissing is signals from The Other Side, like where the boundary is weaker or something like that. Was an interesting thought.
Hmmm? Interesting thought on hearing from another reality. However, I know this hissing is somehow linked to the upgrade to 5G. That is when it started. Since it is frequency, ear protection does nothing. This is going to sound weird, but it is like my body hears it and not the normal way we hear sound. I have been tested several times and actually my hearing is very good - in fact, one doctor said my hearing was too good. So that may explain why I can actually hear EMF. At times I can even hear electrical wiring.
Thanks for your suggestions. I pray you stay on top of your tinnitus. I can feel for you.
