I haven't read the whole thing yet, but I just want to point out a common misconception.
What you need to know about the U.S. government is that it is also a foreign corporation. Click here for the proof.
A "corporation" means a legal person (as opposed to a Natural Person, i.e. you or me). In the case of the U.S. government corporation, it derived its corporateness (legal person status) itself, or rather, We The People (since we are the U.S. government) derived it ourselves. We didn’t have to go ask the State, or any other authority, we simply "made it so" from our own Sovereignness. We The People were the Authority that created the U.S. Government Corporation (legal entity).
"Foreign" means "a separate Sovereign Entity." Every State is foreign to every other state, because each is a Sovereign Corporate Entity unto itself. In the case of the U.S. Government, it is foreign to all States. They are all separate Sovereign Entities. "Domestic" means that something falls under the jurisdiction of the Sovereign Entity in question. "Foreign" means something falls outside of that jurisdiction. That is all it means.
This is not "ruled by a foreign corporation" in the sense that it seems to mean, until you understand what those words mean in a legal sense.
“In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, unless the context indicates otherwise— the words ‘person’ and ‘whoever’ include corporations, companies, associations, firms, partnerships, societies, and joint stock companies, as well as individuals.”
U.S. Code › Title 1 › Chapter 1 › § 1
Ejusdem Generis (eh-youse-dem generous) v adj. Latin for "of the same kind," used to interpret loosely written statutes. Where a law lists specific classes of persons or things and then refers to them in general, the general statements only apply to the same kind of persons or things specifically listed. Example: if a law refers to automobiles, trucks, tractors, motorcycles and other motor-powered vehicles, "vehicles" would not include airplanes, since the list was of land-based transportation.
