So correct me if I'm wrong, but because of the EPA vs West Virginia ruling, all the ATF Shenanigans are now null and void correct?
🏆 - WINNING - 🏆
So this means their stupid 80% rule, forced reset trigger rule, their upcoming pistol brace rule, etc. etc. etc. are all now null and void correct? In other words, ALL of the freaking gun control that the ATF created out of thin air without proper authority is no longer enforceable.
There are purportedly lawsuits already filed regarding the ATFs new rules. Also recall the FDA was thwarted regarding Juuls vaporized cigs. A federal court on Friday granted a request by Juul Labs to temporarily block an order by the Food and Drug Administration to stop selling its electronic cigarettes in the U.S. I'm not an e-cig fan so I don't have a stake in this, but I do look at trends. It appears to be momentum for State department agencies to be neutered. I hope it continues especially in the arena of firearms and vaxxxination.
Just as I wrote this, SCOTUS overturned the Stay-in-Mexico Trump policy and sided with Biden. Momentum? Maybe not. A country is defined by it's strong borders. To allow every people 'asylum' for concocted reasons of persecution is not just insane, it is not recognizing they really come here to get on SSA welfare. We see the same pattern of movements of people in the US leaving their city to move to another State in which their policy is easier to qualify for welfare benefits.
If this is the case, then there is misinformation in the fake news. Remanding or sending a case back to the lower court usually is for clarification and elimination of ambiguity in the original ruling. I don't know the specifics, but it sounds like SCOTUS is asking the lower court to clarify their ruling.
Dude.
