Wombats taste better than koalas but not as good as platypuses!
Don't forget about Bush Babies (the incredibly cute animal)...... delicious.
Also sugar gliders and fairy gliders! Yum!
Don't forget the Numbat, the Gouldian Finch and the Mountain Pygmy-possum or the Regent Honeyeater.
The more endangered the more delicious it seems but them's the breaks.
Kangaroos are ok but the taste and texture will not make it an appealing meat main.. Usually had as steaks or mixed up as a minced meat to dilute some of the flavour
Wombats never tried but I would assume very similar
There's rabbits everywhere in Australia. Dry and stringy but easy to catch
