I noticed that the ceremony was at Wright-Patterson AFB. Rumor was that the famous Hanger 18 was where an Alien UFO was stored at the Dayton, Ohio base. There was a movie named that and Megadeth titled one of their songs.

My dad was stationed there in the 60's and told me that he once got "lost" walking back to his barracks (likely due to drinking too much) and was confronted by a couple MP with rifles drawn. They sternly warned him that he was NOT authorized and to get out of there before he was detained. He sobered up quickly and got out of the area.
