We have many a new Anon that have joined our Great Awakening over the past few weeks. For those Anons who are new to this board, or have not been frequenting it as often, this post is a continuation of my Law of War Audio and Video series in which I have endeavored to translate the entire Law of War manual into a more easily accessible format.

This series found its beginning in the work of Majic Eyes Qnly's incredible decodes in which he built some of the most comprehensive Q proofs we have to date. If you have not done so already, I implore each and every one of you Anons to go to Majic Eyes Qnly's Rumble Channel and set aside some time this weekend to watch some of his proof videos on the Law of War. They have been a tremendous inspiration for much of the writing I have done on The Great Awakening.

The goal of this audio / video series is to bring more Anons into the research of the DoD Law of War Manual as it relates to Q posts, and timestamps of individuals of importance such as President Trump, Kash Patel, and many others.

Please use this thread to discuss any pertinent or interesting findings in Chapter XII of the Law of War manual as you listen along. It is my intention that these stickied threads be a place for Anons to gather and conduct Q research relating to individual chapters of the law of War and any connections to the Q postings or world events that may be found within.

Chapter XII of the Law of War sees a continuation of the discussion of Belligerent Occupation.

As is stated in the introduction to this chapter:

This Chapter addresses the legal principles for non-hostile relations between belligerents and the basic mechanisms for implementing them.

More specifically, this Chapter addresses the rules for the protection of certain personnel engaged in non-hostile relations, such as parlementaires, and persons protected by military passports, safe-conducts, or safeguards. In addition, this Chapter addresses certain agreements between opposing belligerents, such as cartels, capitulations, and armistices.

A parlementaire, as defined by Wikipedia, is:

defined by the U.S. Department of Defense as "an agent employed by a commander of belligerent forces in the field to go in person within the enemy lines for the purpose of communicating or negotiating openly and directly with the enemy commander"

This chapter gives us a glimpse into what will occur, or may be presently occurring, in The United States of America should our belligerent occupiers finally make their presence and allegiance known to the American People, either by will of their own, or force of the United States Military. They have not done so yet, and under the Law of War this is grounds for their expulsion under Chapter XI section 3.2 titled "Duration of Geneva Convention Obligations in the Case of Occupied Territory" in which it states:

In the case of occupied territory, the application of the GC shall cease one year after the general close of military operations; however, the Occupying Power shall be bound, for the duration of the occupation, to the extent that such State exercises the functions of government in such territory, by the provisions of the following Articles of the GC, etc...

Many Anons have noted that we are beyond the one year of initial occupation that is referenced in Chapter XI. It is important to note the wording around this provision in the Law of War. It specifically states that the application of the GC (Geneva Convention) will cease after that year. What I interpret this as is the White Hats in the Military taking their gloves off in their fight against the Black Hat belligerent occupiers.

I believe that we are currently living out both Chapter XI and XII of the Law of War. It is important look back upon what Q told us from the very beginning of this operation.

In Q Post 189 Q states that:

The world is fighting back (& destroying the cult).

20% public.

80% private.

The world would otherwise collapse.

I think it is a certainty that the negotiations described in Chapter XII of the Law of War are currently going on behind the scenes between the White Hats and Black hats. We are currently only privy to the 20% of this operation that is carried out in the public sphere. The remaining 80% we are left to speculate and theorize about with the help of Q's breadcrumbs, and the Law of War manual.

It is once again for this reason that I must emphasize that if you have not yet begun reading or listening to The Law of War manual, there is no better time than now! This operation is going to be picking up speed as we approach the midterms, and enter the final two years of the Resident's occupation.
