Indigenous peoples have always been a target of the eugenicists as a hindrance to their plans of ubermensch superiority, but also to the theft and rape of natural resources that are part of their tribal lands. I have worked on several reservations and what the US government has done to the people in our name is shameful and appalling. This is why tribes need their own industries. When they can support themselves they are not at the mercy of government scraps that force them to live at times no better than some third world nations.
