This is where 18 U.S. Code § 241 Conspiracy against rights and 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law should be used.

Read these statues. New York residents should sue the hell of out Hochul, and everyone that voted to restrict there rights, and put them in prison.

Someone needs to make sure they understand this code.
